Omni Vid currently offers monthly subscription plans for AI video generation credits. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period.
Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by law or in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or service failures caused by Omni Vid.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
If a video generation task fails due to a system error, the credits consumed by that task will be automatically returned to the user's account. Failed generations caused by policy violations, unsupported inputs, or user misuse may not be eligible for credit refunds.
Free, trial, promotional, or bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred, withdrawn, or redeemed for money.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing issue, please contact us at support@omni-vid.com within 7 days of the charge. Please include your account email, charge date, and a short description of the issue.
Payments and subscription billing are securely processed by Creem.
