1. Copyright Compliance

Omni respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid copyright infringement notices submitted in accordance with this policy.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content on Omni infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content and information reasonably sufficient to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

If you believe that content generated or hosted through Omni Vid infringes your copyright, please contact us at support@omni-vid.com with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing content and prove your rights.

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 3 business days.

4. Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice with the following information: your signature, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake, your contact information, and consent to jurisdiction in your federal district court. Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content after 10-14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action.

5. Repeat Infringers

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. A repeat infringer is defined as a user who has received more than two valid DMCA takedown notices.
