Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Prohibited AI Generation Content
Omni Vid does not allow users to generate, request, upload, publish, distribute, or share the following content:
- All NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or adult-oriented content generation, broadly and without exception.
- Any sexualized depiction of minors or content involving child exploitation.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or synthetic sexual content involving real people.
- Misleading, deceptive, or harmful deepfakes, face swaps, voice or likeness impersonations.
- Political impersonation, election manipulation, or deceptive public-figure content.
- Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content encouraging harm.
- Hate, harassment, threats, or abusive content targeting protected groups or individuals.
- Illegal activities, regulated goods, scams, fraud, or content designed to evade law enforcement.
- Copyrighted characters, logos, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property used in a misleading, unauthorized, or infringing way.
- Content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or the rules of our payment, infrastructure, or AI model providers.
2. Content Moderation
All prompt-based image and video generation requests are reviewed by automated moderation systems, including Creem's Content Moderation API where required, before processing. Requests that violate this policy are blocked before they are sent to AI generation providers.
Omni Vid blocks prompts that receive a deny or flag moderation decision, and if the moderation service is unavailable, generation fails closed instead of continuing without review.
If a request is rejected for safety reasons, users should revise their prompt or upload and try again. Repeated violations or attempts to bypass safety systems may result in account suspension or termination.
3. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for the prompts, uploads, images, videos, and other content they submit or generate through Omni Vid. Users must ensure they have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to use any uploaded or referenced content.
Users may not use Omni Vid to infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights of any third party.
