We share data with service providers that help us operate Omni Vid, including payment processors, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, moderation services, and database hosting providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. AI Processing and Third-Party Providers

When you use Omni Vid to generate videos, we may process your prompts, uploads, images, generation settings, and generated outputs to provide the service. We may share necessary data with third-party AI model providers, infrastructure providers, moderation services, analytics providers, and payment processors solely for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving Omni Vid.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider, Creem. Omni Vid does not store full payment card details on our servers.

We may use automated safety and moderation systems to review prompts, uploads, and generation requests to prevent abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with legal and payment provider requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored only as long as needed to provide the service or comply with legal obligations. Payment records may be retained for tax, accounting, and compliance purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
