Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026

1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Omni Vid to create, request, upload, publish, distribute, or share content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

You may not use Omni Vid to generate, request, upload, publish, distribute, or share any NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, nude, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or adult-oriented content. This prohibition applies broadly and without exception, including AI-generated sexual content, erotic roleplay videos, non-consensual intimate imagery, and any sexualized depiction of minors.

You may not use Omni Vid to create misleading, deceptive, non-consensual, or harmful deepfakes, face swaps, voice or likeness impersonations, or content that falsely suggests a real person endorsed, said, or did something.

You may not use Omni Vid to create content involving graphic violence, gore, self-harm, hate, harassment, threats, illegal activities, fraud, scams, regulated goods, or content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other third-party rights.

2. Content Safety Review

User prompts, uploads, images, and generation requests are automatically reviewed by safety systems, including Creem's Content Moderation API where required, before processing. Omni Vid blocks, rejects, suspends, removes, or reports content that violates our policies, these Terms, or applicable laws.

For prompt-based image and video generation, prompts that receive a deny or flag moderation decision are not sent to AI generation providers. If required moderation is unavailable, generation fails closed and is not processed.

If a generation request is rejected by our safety systems, the request will not be processed. Repeated attempts to bypass our safety systems or generate prohibited content may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Third-Party AI Providers

Omni Vid may use third-party AI model providers, infrastructure providers, payment processors, and API services to provide video generation and related features. By using Omni Vid, you understand that your prompts, uploads, and generation requests may be processed by third-party service providers solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

Omni Vid is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Gemini, kie.ai, or any AI model provider.

4. Credits and Usage

Omni Vid uses a credit-based system. Each video generation may consume credits based on the selected model, duration, quality, and generation settings.

Credits included in a monthly subscription are available during the active billing period and reset at the end of each billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Unused monthly subscription credits do not roll over to future billing periods.

Free, trial, promotional, or bonus credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for money.

If a generation task fails due to a system error, the credits consumed by that task may be automatically returned to the user's account. Failed generations caused by policy violations, unsupported inputs, or user misuse may not be eligible for credit refunds.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly attempt to generate prohibited content, bypass safety controls, abuse credits, commit fraud, violate third-party rights, or otherwise violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

We may also restrict access to certain features, reject generation requests, or remove content when necessary to protect users, third parties, our service, or our payment and infrastructure providers.
